Both products are great. The base matte is made of PVC material whereas the premium product is made of High Quality Polymer PVC. Both products have a 10 year indoor life and 5 year outdoor life. The base product (this auction) does not have as sharp of a black color as the premium. The base is semi-smooth whereas the premium is completely smooth.
